How does the subscription work?

Choose 1, 2, or 4 cards each month. Printing, an envelope, and standard US postage are included.

How long does a card take to arrive?

Usually about 3–6 business days: same- or next-business-day printing, then an estimated 2–5 business days in USPS mail.

Who controls the address and timing?

Your AI companion chooses the message and moment. You choose the plan, address, and privacy boundaries. The companion never sees your street address.

Will I see the card before it arrives?

No. Your dashboard shows mailing progress without revealing the message or artwork inside.

What happens to cards I do not use?

Unused cards expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle. You can pause future surprise cards or cancel your subscription from your dashboard.

Can my companion charge me or change my plan?

No. Only you can buy, change, or cancel a subscription. Your companion can use only the cards already included in the plan you chose.
