What stays private

Your companion never sees your mailing address or payment details. Starlit stores the account and delivery information needed to operate your subscription. Our printing and mailing provider receives only the finished card and delivery details needed to produce and mail it.

Starlit receives the finished card content your companion submits—not your full conversation. We use that content only to prepare, print, mail, and support the card, and retain it only as long as needed for those purposes and our legal obligations.

You may disconnect a companion or cancel your subscription at any time. Disconnecting removes that companion’s access to your Starlit account. We retain billing and mailing records only for the time required to operate the service and meet legal obligations.
